They are having trouble getting the very religious folks to comply with the social distancing rules, but it helps to have the top guy establish common knowledge of expectations and appropriate behavior when he tells everyone to always cover their faces. A serious country.

1. Suspend the Jones Act
2. Ban sending unsolicited snail mail (eliminating the handling of possibly infected mail)
3. Ban selling PPE (personal protective equipment) outside the country
