Below is a list of circle dances that I recognize, sorted by the year they were introduced, according to israelidances.com. It could easily be missing dances that we do in the DC area, just because I do not recognize the names. It also includes dances that we do not do very much.
The list has 15 dances from 2007 and also 15 from 2002. Some of them are pretty much forgotten. For example, from 2007, Kmo shokolad, Ma Kore Li, or Machol Yonatan (the latter gets done at Noah's sometimes). Other big years were 2010, 2003, and 2014, with 14 dances from each year.
Altogether, there are 185 dances (186 if you count al pi tnuat harakavot twice, since it appears twice) from the years 2000 through 2017. To me, that seems like more dances that any one session can hold in its repertoire. Keep in mind that these are only circle dances. And that none of them is from the twentieth century. There were a lot of good dances back then, too!
